Nepal is now Positioned to Export Clean Power and Prosperity to 2.5 Billion People.

Over the next 5-7 years we will show the world the "Nepal Miracle" that triples Nepal's Gross National Income from $1500/yr to $4500/yr by embracing, and developing power and technology that helps 2.5B people become prosperous. We have already started exporting that clean power and prosperity to the world around us.

Target GNI per capita, by delivering life-skills education that is powered by technology, we can triple the Nepal GNI - we practice what we preach
Four pillars, one story

Each pillar makes the next one possible.

Power / Water

The hydropower buildout comes first. This is where the details of the power and water dynamics in the community are shared.

Tech / AI

Technology and AI for Good: your community’s hope for prosperity, powered by the green AI data center the power build makes possible.

Education

Heroic Learning has spent over a decade educating more than 10 million kids and their families. We have the data that backs it all up.

Advocacy

Families use the Heroic platform to let their voices be heard by government and community leaders, and to shape what gets built next.

The model

How does it work?

Eight steps, run as one programme: build the power, build the compute, teach the families, and let the community steer what comes next.

  1. 01

The team builds out the hydropower project.

  2. 02

The AI data center team builds out the green AI data center.

  3. 03

The education team works with the government and private school networks to engage the K-12 population in the Heroic Learning platform.

  4. 04

The families of those students also engage in the learning.

  5. 05

The students and their families also learn about the hydropower and AI data center buildout and follow the process.

  6. 06

The family members are given opportunities and suggestions as to how they can use the Heroic platform to let their voices be heard by government and community leaders.

  7. 07

The families are also trained on how to use AI/Technology for good and how to use it to lift up their families.

  8. 08

The power, AI compute, education and advocacy platform will then be exported to India as a platform that will help them become a world superpower.

Clean Power, AI/Technology, Education and Advocacy can turn Nepal and Southeast Asia into world leaders.

Tech/AI for good

We use Tech/AI for good to educate, lift up and empower Nepal and Southeast Asia. For landlocked countries like Nepal, technology is the only way to get ahead.

Process in Nepal

By processing raw power in Nepal and adding the AI and education pieces as part of the finished product, Nepal can become a leading exporter of prosperity.

Triple the income

As this power platform is rolled out across Nepal and exported to neighboring countries, we expect to grow the Gross National Income per capita from $1500/yr to $4500/yr.

The story

The Nepal powering India and Southeast Asia story

The local government, education system, community leaders and families want prosperity and safety. This is the story of how power, compute, learning and voice are being built together, and then shared with India and Southeast Asia.

  • Hydropower built with the community, not around it
  • A green AI data center running on that power
  • K-12 life-skills learning that reaches whole families
  • A platform that carries local voices to leaders
